Saitek AV8R-02 on PC help!
I can't seem to get my Saitek AV8R-02 joystick to work on windows 7. The drivers are not auto installed like an xbox controller, and the driver software from the website doesn't recognize it. Has any one been able to use this joystick on Windows???

I can use the joystick with the default win 7 (64) drivers the system installed when I plugged it in, but I have not been able to use the SST drivers provided by Saitek as they do not see the hardware even though Windows does.

Hello, I have had the same issue today. I have replaced motherboard for Gigabyte Z97X-SLI and AV8R couldn't be installed.
Solution for me was to install xbox 360 controller driver and most important: Disable XHCI in BIOS and enable EHCI. Disabling XHCI means that all usb 3.0 connectors are usb 2.0 but for now I don't have any USB 3.0 device, so I am okay with that.
PS: I have spent almost an hour with googling and investigating and nothing worked, more people have this issue, I hope they will find this :)
