They have a 3 year warranty so given the issue u are having, call Logitech Support and get it replaced, which they shouldn't have an issue doing.
When u go to charge this headset, plug it in and let it sit, DO NOT move it. Do not use it while it is charging. These two things are the easiest way to mess up the internal usb connector on this headset. They should last u all day and then some when charged, so there should really be no reason to plug-in to charge while u'r actively using them.
I may try this at some point but i just got a new headset a while back. It would suck to lose the surround sound if this is the problem tough.

From my 2 experiences, I conclude that the LKogitech G930 is expensive junk. Avoid it.
