Malwarebytes is the best antimalware scanner I've ever seen! It doesn't miss anything.
Then told me utorrent was bad so I deleted that.
I would highly suggest you actually purchase some security software:
Kaspersky Internet Security 2014
This is an anti-virus scanner, firewall, script detector, vulnerability detector and has application control. Actually go purchase it from the stores or carefully from the offical site (if your system is fully clean).
If you don't wish to purchase, don't use any cracked or unoffical software, as that will be worst than having none at all - 99% possibly infected.
Be very careful when selecting your secure software and ensure it comes from the offical sites.
Recommend: AVG Free ( free.avg.com ) with MalwareBytes (what you just used), Spybot - Search & Destroy 2 (free), or Lavasoft AdAware (free) as manually run freebees.

I highly recommend purchasing webroot antivirus or internet security versions. I have been using webroot for years and it is by far the best antivirus i've used. The best thing about it is it has a extremely extremely small footprint on your pc. Making your pc just as fast as if it didn't have a antivirus.
The detection rate is great too, however it does have a lower clean up on unknown malware - in which case it even provides you an option of remote access with one of their own service techs for a few hours to manually look over your PC! Probably rarely occur, but interested to know what's peoples reaction for that. I guess if you don't mind and they have a good privacy restriction - saves you actually taking the PC to a tech, if you can't clean it yourself? Most of the time, it will probably automatically just clean it (just referring to the extreme infections).
