corsair link H100i help

i just installed this water cooler and the software. in corsair link my pump and fan are not showing. iv tryed reinstall and change USB header and nothing and to top in off my boot time is . like 30-40 sec when it use to be 15-20.can anyone help me pls or any ideas.

possible fix. any othe usb inputs seem to be a conflict. remove them and replace them to the MB. remove pump usb and rebot. then reconect atfer boot and they should show.

hello i had the same problem with mine been a real pain as once i fixed that i had a different problem but that was my own fault as i deleted the driver like a silly sausage :) i have a asus sabertooth z97 mark s motherboard and the cpu fan wasnt showing all together even in my bios but was actually working, all i had to do is change the q fan cpu profile from auto to pwm let me no if that helps and if you still have problems after that will prob have to install the driver again which i can help with also :)
