(System Interrupts Process?) Problem with PC! please help
From a fresh boot up after the computer has been off for about a day, it loads up and is noticably slow, but the most annoying thing is in games I get massive framerate drops and stutters. Inititially I thought this was a problem with my graphics card, but that wouldn't make any sense because after a reboot it works fine without any problems. I have recently troubleshooted and linked this issue to the System Interrups process in Task Manager. I have done some research and I've heard that this process, when takes up a fair chunk of CPU usage, means that the CPU is sending lots of messages back and forth to the hardware, mostly to do with errors. Mine, when boot up fresh, it sits at about 15/20%, when I restart the computer then and there it sits back at about 0.5/1%. This is when my graphics card and what not is working perfectly. If anyone knows how to fix this, please comment. Would be very interested and grateful. :)

Thankyou

I doubt it is hardware errors, whoever told you that is just 'guessing'.

Usually high interrupts are caused by a driver fault or heavily shared IRQL's due to extra PCI / PCIe cards.

Do you believe it could be a driver fault? I have tried multiple clean installs of my drivers for my graphics cards and my CPU. What does IRQL's mean? The only PCI slots taken are one for my GFX card and for a Wifi Card.
Try the WiFi card in a different slot and list its model and the type of Slot it uses.

i only have this issue when downloading from steam interrupts goes up to 40%
I get this system interrupts problem also when Steam is updating games or downloading games. I switched my WiFi PCI card to a different slow and it still happens. I think it went away though when I removed the PCI Wifi card. When I disable it in device manager it doesn't help. It totally freezes my computer.
