Is GT 610 a good low budget Graphics card?

Iam currently using the GeForce 210 and Iam fed up with it. Iam planning to buy a new low budget graphics card to play games like Farcry 3 on mid - high settings.
I have this card in mind, Gainward GT 610 2 GB DDR3 with the clock speed of 810 MHz.

What is your opinion on this card? Do you use it? How is its performance?

It's better than a gt 210, but still way too low powered for games, including far cry 3. There are actually integrated graphics on some CPUs that are faster than a gt 610. What is your budget? We might be able to find something more suited for you.

Iam a college student, I dont have that much money to spend. They may be cheap in your country, but in mine, they are costly as hell.

In that case, the best you are going to find is an R7 250 or possibly, the R7 250X. Aim for a 2gb GDDR5 model where possible. These aren't great gaming cards but they will be far better than a gt 610. Games should run on low-medium settings.

Another option is used, something like a GTX 460 or better on ebay will be much faster than a gt 610 also. Just be careful when buying used stuff and avoid anything that the previous user has overclocked themselves.

Then go on Ebay and get at least a GTX 650 or 660
It'll at least be able to run most games on medium/high at 1080p
