Report a translation problem
That lowers the volume but the sound is still too high. Low volume is loud on this computer. Loud volume would break the speakers, I said that above ^.
The sound needs re-calibrating or something. I can put the volume on 1, and it will be loud. Low doesn't mean low, do you know what I mean? I have also re installed all audio drivers.
select the correct speakers/output -> set default
Already tried setting to default, nothing changes.

I believe this issue was caused by Fallout: New Vegas or TES Oblivion.
