Report a translation problem
make sure connections are tight or try a different cable
and both pci-e power plugs are connected
Grab the latest/stable drivers from:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Do a clean/full installation (Express Mode) and ensure all is valid.
Use DVI-D (Duel Link) cable, DisplayPort or HDMI cable to connect monitor (not VGA or VGA adapters) - ensure it's not loose either end or a damaged cable (try a different cable if possible - run your finger and thumb across the length with just a slight bend to check for cable faults/breaks).
If all else fails - Consider R.M.A the card (Warranty for a brand new replacement), rare cases during manufacturing the graphic card itself might of just be faulty.
