thats a good idea ill just set the power limit to 90% on th cpu & gpu so it does not burn my VRMs

free is always the best! don't listen to the nay sayers , its people who do things they shouldn't that lead to suprizingly inspireing ideas

You don't have to limit your GPU because it has a VRM on its own PCB. You can also put heatsinks on top of the VRMs, which should help to some extent

Why 5900x and not more energy efficient and much better for gaming 5800x3D?
I’d worry far more about getting a new mobo than daydreaming about a new processor. That will boost your performance much more.
