Windows 10 is and has been just a transferring and bridging OS, preparations for users who still use 'ancient' systems so these will transfer 'easier' to W11 at least etc..
Windows 11 has better performance compared to Windows 10. Not even that... Windows 10 doesnt get any major updates anymore and its life of cycle ends soon, too.
Windows 11 gets its 23H2 update soon as well.
Not to mention WIndows 12 Beta starts this year and will be officially released next year.
Good luck and have fun!

I like the look of 11 and I feel like my PC just runs better. I have 11 installed on all of my PCs even if not supported.
You can use the command prompt or Rufus to make a custom install and bypass things like hardware requirements and forced login.
Just yesterday I was having issues on an old PC updating its very own windows 10. I said WTH and decided to reformat and install windows 11. Suddenly the old PC feels so much more modern and updates are no longer a problem.
Windows 11 isn't perfect but I find it pretty nice. One thing that surprises me is my fx-9590 doesn't need any bypasses. It installed windows 11 natively as if it were supported, although it does have tpm support so maybe that's why.
Any games which have worked on Windows 7 64-bit runs without any issues on Windows 11.

Users who own less RAM, in this case 4 GB for Windows 11, you can allocate VRAM to your system. In this case of 4 GB, allocate a "FIXED" 8192 MB as VRAM (pagefile). Dont exceed this value and you are good to go..
RAM is or should be the very least problem to use W11.
Has nothing to do with iGPU.
Low-end Laptop, I wait for next generation as these current generations are absolutely messed up in general.. if CPU or GPU or OS ..
Intel 14th or even 15th Gen, RTX 5070 minimum, 32 GB DDR5 @4800 minimum, 15.6'' or 16'', 120 Hz minimum, 100% DCI-P3 minimum, 3 ms maximum, etc..
