when i switch on my pc - no signal (from gigabyte rx 6600 eagle)

hi,
my amd rx 6600 eagle 8gb gives no signal to the monitor(i tried two different monitors. one hdmi and one dp). what i have to do then is a cmos reset. i take out the battery.
what can i do, to make the rx 6600 start correctly?
when i restart the running system with the rx 6600, there is not one problem.

Unplug the PSU from wall.
Remove the CMOS coin battery.
Let approx 15 minutes pass.
Install the battery.
Plug power back in.
Power on the PC and wait about 90 secs.

Make sure the display cables are secure at both ends and ensure its actually going into the GPU card all the way. Sometimes the case metal can prevent some HDMI/DP cables from going all the way into the port.

Make sure Display is switched to correct input prior to PC power on.

If still nothing. Unplug the power.
Remove GPU card and all RAM from slots. Then re-install those again.

thank you. all in all i know what to do...to do what you mentioned. fortunetly the error is gone for now. what have i done? nothing, but switched on the pc and the two last starting tries (yesterday and today morning/ i leave the pc on all day) were succesful. i cant tell why and hope for more luck in the future.
