Are you sure your P2200 isn't 5GB? Like sellers and such sometimes make mistakes. Might have assumed it must be 4GB because 5GB is odd to their eyes, so must be "wrong"?
Edit:
The P2000 is also listed with 5GB, https://www.nvidia.com/content/dam/en-zz/Solutions/design-visualization/documents/Quadro-P2000-US-03Feb17.pdf
So I might double check those amounts yourself. Again if the seller could be wrong for all sorts of reasons. Like if they just had these systems and never actually used them. And they got told bad info when the acquired them, and just passed it along to you. You might do yourself a favor and confirm the system specs yourself rather than rely on, what so far seems to be not be very reliable info about the hardware from the seller.
Neither are gaming cards.
Quadro drivers are not optimized for gaming either.
I mean you could use it for gaming but thats not anywhere near its actual purpose.
A 1050 would beat the living sh_t out of a P2200 when its about pure gaming-performance.
edit:
Good deal, btw. Youll prob double your money.
thanks for info guys think i flip both them cards and make my cash back.
