Ok thanks. I picked the motherboard also cause the way it looks, looks really nice not sure if ya have seen it or not.
This is what my build will be like once done. The ones without 5 star review are the ones I don't have yet

When I go to Task Manager then performance I see it says under CPU
For Speed it says 4.32Ghz I am not over clocking so why is it going that high? is it normal?
CPU is around 6% utilization.
Also I notice that the CPU temp will jump all over the place from 38c to like 40 then to 43 then to 42 etc. lol is this normal for the i7-4790k?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Idle temps are right around 28C when overclocked. If I run at stock then the idle temps are right around 22-23C (which matches the ambient temp in my room). The fans are pretty quiet on the cooler. My 5 case fans (140mm Fractal Design Silent Series R2) make a little more noise than the H100i fans do, so things are pretty quiet. I can easily game without headphones, should I want to.

This is with the following rig:
i7 5820k 3.3GHz 6 Core
ASUS X-99-A (OC) Motherboard
Cooler Master Hyper212 Heat Sink
16Gb Adata XPG-Z1 2400MHz DDR4
GTX 980 FTW ACX 2.0+ 4Gb
2- Samsung 840 EVO 250Gb SSD for OS Win 8.1 Pro 64bit
1- Seagate Hybrid SSHD 2Tb w/8Gb flash for gaming
LG Super Multi DVDRW
LG Blu-Ray RW
Corsair CX750Watt 80 Plus Bronze Modular
Apevia X-Dreamer 4 Mid Tower with 5x120mm case fans and 1x200mm side case fan
You must be in a nice, cold room to hold 19C idle temp.
The case fans are pushing quite a bit of air through the case as well.
My experience, you can't have a CPU temp below room ambient temp without LN or He cooling. 19C would be around 66F, which is why I thought the room temp was pretty cool.
Temp sensor my not be correct....? I just don't know of any air cooler being able to run a CPU below room ambient temp. It could be cooler in your room in the mornings for all I know. I just haven't heard of nor experienced an air cooler dropping the temp below the room's temp.
So used to useing my i5-4690 non k and the temps being in the 20c's and 30c's idle lol,I will get used to the idle temps being in the 30c's and 40c's till next month :) or maybe this month if I decide to sell my i5 and my printer, can't really afford the ink at the moment :(
I may either just use the left over parts from this machine and build another computer so my 10 year old nice and her mom don't high jack my computer when they stay the weekend. My niece is addicted to Minecraft so I brought it and any time she comes over I let her play :)
Or I may just sell the i5 and the printer and get the H105 and the memory I planed to get next month.
The Power Plan was set to High Performance,I set it to Balanced and now it runs at 0.80ghz and below when Idle.
My temps are below 30c when idle now since I changed the Power Plan.
use cpuz to check
post a cpuz validation link
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
cpuz -> validate button -> submit button
it will open a browser, copy the url (address) and paste it here
