Water Cooling?
I'm buyng a Gaming PC from Ironside Computers. I have the option of spending some extra money on cooling. I will not be overclocking any time soon, and I need to know if spending $35 (USD) on "Advanced Air Cooling" or $40 on Asetek Liquid Cooling (Maintenance Free) would be worth it. I'm on a budget, but I'm not allowed to build my own computer because my parents don't believe in my ability to.

I plan on using the Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti for my GPU and the Intel Pentium Dual Core G3258 for my CPU.

PC Specs- Computer Name: "The Fiend"

CPU - Intel Pentium Dual Core G3258
CPU Cooler - "Standard" Air Cooling (according to Ironside)
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Motherboard - B85 Chipset Motherboard
RAM - 8gb (2x4gb) DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD - Western Digital 1tb 7200rpm
Case - Ironside Fiend Case (IDK specifics)
PSU - EVGA 500 Watt Power Supply
Monitors - 1x HP Pavilion 60 Hz (IDK specifics)
Sound Card - None

Peripherals-

Mouse - Razer Naga Epic
Keyboard - HP SK-2061
Headset - Cheap $40 Steel Series (IDK specifics)

For this money you can do better, there is currently Independence Day sale here:

http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/

Type in following code into "Load Configuration" box on top of the page:

1H4RVA

This gives you custom configuration, if there is pop-up window to review the configuration just click OK.
It was created by using this configurator:
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/CyberPower_B85_Configurator

The R9 280 card on sale is lot more powerful then GTX 750 Ti.
Mouse/keyboard combo is included, if you need cheap decent headset then can add Creative Fatal1ty headset on second page of configuration.
No thank you, Rumpel. I also need to know if I should get Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, and I also want to know if all my parts match level-wise (if you know what I mean).

Doesnt really matter, you can swap both of them for new Windows 10 in a month free of charge.
And yes your parts are compatible.
You can overclock G3258 somewhat even with the stock cooler, just make sure the motherboard is really B85 and not cheaper H81.
If you plan for bigger overclock then it's worth taking Asetek.
Some one said that all in one water coolers need to be replace every 3 years or so. Is this true? And I am really bandwagon so I want to know what you prefer. I've seen that 8.1 gives somewhat better performance.
Unless u getting a 4690, 4790, or LGA-2011 setup, there should not be a need for Liquid Cooling at all. Fairly pointless on a Pentium 3258 or i3; even if u OC them.

Pentium G or i3, just get a Hyper212 EVO.
If i5 or i7, look at coolers like NH-D14 or D15
Would I need more than just a basic fan cooling my CPU if I'm just getting the Pentium Dual Core G3258? No, right?
Pentium G or i3 ~ Intel Stock Cooler should do just fine.
I prefer to always use after-market 120mm coolers, cause they push more air and are alot quieter. I'd get Pentium G3258 and an H97 Motherboard and OC that to around 4 ~ 4.2Ghz range (however high u can get while still remaining stable. If not going to OC a 3258 then u better off getting an i5 of some sort, like 4440 or 4460

Intel is rumored that Skylake might just sell as CPU only, thus hopefully a little cheaper prices, as most go with good 3rd party coolers anyways.

Very well, thanks mate! Now, I need to know your preference. Win 7 or 8.1? I've heard people say 8.1 is more future proof, and I'm more accustomed to 8.1. Thoughts?
Just install 10, especially for a newer build. No need to BUY a previous OS.
Thanks dude, but any legit Windows OS will let you upgrade to 10 after a year of release.

It's for 1st year (not after 1st year) and all properly licenced consumer versions of win 7 or 8(.1) should work.
If the tower can support the size a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO heatsink and fan would suffice for that rig.
I use it on a i75820k X99 DDR4 air cooled system...cold as a cucumber...at max load.

You won't need any water cooling or additional air cooling if you aren't going to be overclocking or if you don't live in a very hot area.
I live in Florida (HOT), but my home is always a steady 75 degrees. So I have come to the conclusion that I will not need any additional fans other than the stock fans. Am I correct?
