Need help with getting rid off Family Safety Monitor
This ♥♥♥♥ is preventing me from visiting safe websites like twitter, or even using bing or google search engine.

So everytime I computer starts, I have to end that process using task manager.

Now my question is, is it safe to remove that .exe from System32 folder, or could that cause problems? If not can you suggest alternative solution. I know I could make .bat that would kill process everytime I start PC, but I don't wanna do that.

Oh ye, I'm using Windows 10, latest built

From that article that Rumpel linked to, did you do this?

1.On any PC, go to the Family Safety website and sign in with the Microsoft account of the parent who set up Family Safety.

YES

Talk to your parents and remove the account that setup family safety on your computers.

it's some ♥♥♥♥ i did a long time ago. it was connected to my other account, but my "microsoft" age is already high enough and now with new build that came out it seems like it wont start up anymore.

maybe it was just a bug. thx anyway

Microsoft dropped all support for Windows Essentials
If somehow the service is still on the system, log into an Admin user account on the system and remove/disable it.

I think this feature is integreated in Win 10 (and 8)

All the OS from Vista and above have such a "Parental Control" Feature.
But are you referring to that, or the Family Safety that came as part of Windows Live Essentials?

Well why is your family using that as the main OS; that's just dumb.

Use it for testing until release.

Okay, I know this is like a year old, but in case anyone else finds this, I want them to find an answer, I figured this out on my own with a bit of research.

This process requires you to be an administrator on your computer, so hopefully you are. If not, well that sucks.

1. Navigate to the C:\Windows directory and open the properties window of system32.
2. go to the security tab and hit "advanced"
3. Where it says, Owner: Trustedinstaller, click change
4. Where it says "enter the object name to select (examples)" enter your windows user name and click "check names" and press okay (if you don't know your user name go to windows powershell and type, "$env:UserName" and it should tell you)
5. Apply and enter system32
6. Find the file named wpcmon.exe and delete or rename (I recomend renaming it because you might need it again or this might not work) it
7. Go back to the security page of system32 and navigate to "advanced" again and to the change owner page
8. enter NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller into the box now and click check names (this changes the owner back to trustedinstaller, if you don't you're computer might go bonkers)
9. You should be good.

I actually haven't tried this because I don't need to but in like 80% sure this will work

However, if this doesn't work, there is a short term way to do it that I know will work.

1. Go to task manager and end the task (the one with the family safety icon)
2. You are good until you log on again.

I might be a couple of years late, but I found this because I needed it myself. The last answer was nearly right, but there isn't just one process you need to stop, but two. There’s a step which wasn’t quite right in the previous comment. I have created two batch files which can turn on and off the Monitoring so I can "spoof" the monitoring. Instructions will follow in the next comment.
