Why are laptop CPU are so weak liek the i5 5200U. we all now that i5 are powerful cpu put this one has 2.20ghz and dual core. WoW -_-

Laptop processors are slower probably due to the fact that:
*Laptops use significantly less power than a desktop PC so the proccesserin a laptop must be significantly less power hungry.
*Laptops also are harder to cool than a desktop PC.

the i7m hq/qm/mq are quads with ht and turbo

i5m is a dual with ht and turbo

most i5m are around 15-20w

vs desktop i5 which is a quad and 88w

The "U" models are very low power versions; so yes those are very weak.
For heavier tasks and games, you want an i7 HQ/QM/MQ version for mobile/laptaops

i5 is quite powerful in a Desktop, not in a Laptop. As mobile i5 is more like a desktop i3

Laptop versions are weaker to help keep the battery from draining quickly and to lower heat..

Laptop CPUs are so weak because strong CPUs make a lot of heat. Heat in a laptop = bad.
