The TV isn't drawing power from the PSU no, I was just relaying how a TV image may not be as good quality as a monitor. Check the TVs resolution capabilities as well and try to run a resolution that both the TV and GPU seem to agree on.

No, your TV has nothing to do with it.

i'm using a TV as a monitor also. granted im using an NVIDIA GPU, but it has nothing to with power target not showing up for you.

ASUS has a GPU overclock program also, you can try using that instead of afterburner.

Well i looked up your GPU and they were using an ASUS prog and power target was being used..

Just look up some reviews for your GPU and go from there..
