Will My PC run Call Of Duty: Black Ops II?

No it won't. Your CPU is below the minimum requirements. I believe it requires a quad core to run.

im using 2 xeons at 2ghz so 8 cores

unless you meet minimum CPU clock frequency doubt it'll work, but hey try it never know until you try.

I mean I have a desktop computer that I know can run it, I just dont have access to it at the moment. But thanks for letting me know. (I'm a noob at game requirements).

- it is a Celeron (not for gaming)
- it has no dedicated GPU (again, not going to do well in 99% of games)
- most games now require 64bit OS also

i had T4200 2.0 Ghz Dual core and i can run the game so...
with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD3470
