but may cover the ram
if your ram kits do not have tall heatsinks they will be fine
Very unlikely. It is a very popular cooler. It is a closed loop liquid cooler, which is not the same as an open loop. Everything is sealed up nice and good. Also, it is not water that is used. It uses a non-conductive liquid.
Many, many people use them. No need to worry, so long you get a decent brand. Corsair is a great brand.
Cannot go wrong with an Asus mobo. Z97 board so you can overclock. From that, just pick one that has the feature set you'd like.
