Make sure to use PcPartPicker.com to plan out your build always. Otherwise you will get ripped off by sites with higher prices. There is also de.pcpartpicker.com .
And I also suggest getting an i5-4460 if you are making a new computer. It has far more power and good upgradeability.
the superflower 650w 80+gold psu is more than enough for it
if its a new build, go with an i5 4460-4690k instead of fx
if you want i3 performance, get an i3 instead
Thanks both of you.
You have 650W
The CPU supposedly needs 125W and the GPU needs 250W so thats 375W needed by the core components add 75W for the rest of the system and you could get away with a 450W PSU.
Allowing for component and PSU aging a 650W should be sufficient.
However, running a PSU near 100% capacity is a bad idea. At 100% load it will run hot and (if it has a thermally regulated fan) loud, this reduces it's lifespan and rules out future upgrades, like a second 280X
