The Logitech G600 is large. It is a great mouse with a ton of features.

I use it and can confirm that it is bigger than the average mouse. FYI, large enough for 2 right clickers.

I was actually about to mention that before I reloaded the page. I have slightly larger hands and that mouse is pretty comfortable for me.

I have average size hands :(

I like to rest my palm on the mouse mat but sometimes it makes it tough to use half the buttons lol

So, yeah, for large hands, I think this mouse would be perfect.

Logitech G700s. Comfortable for large hands, and it has multiple (programmable) buttons and features.

17cm is actually not that large, what's your old mouse (dimensions) and what grip do you use?

Also what types of games do you mostly play?

Need more info before I can recommend a mouse.
Most fps. I had hard time aiming on cs:s. i use my thumb to grip the left side and use pinkey, ring finger on the right side. and ingex for left click and middle for right click.

Mouse size:5 inch long/1 inch tall/ 2 inch wide

What kind of mouse is that, those are very odd dimensions, longer than most mice on the market yet shorter and thinner. I could imagine that would be very uncomfortable for any grip style.

For FPS gaming you don't need 12 side buttons. Naga and G600 are for games like MMORPGs where the intention is that you bind an entire spell bar to your side buttons and use your thumb to press them. For me that was very tiring for my thumb back when I had a Naga and used to play WoW. But to each their own, YMMV, etc.

What's important in a mouse for an FPS gamer is the sensor quality and of course size/shape and to a lesser degree, the switches.

Zowie use some of the best sensors on the market in their mice and are well respected by esports professionals. They have quite a few diff models and sizes. FK series is what they recommend for claw grip, ZA series for palm, and EC series for ergonomic.

The only razor mouse I would ever recommend to anyone for any purpose is the DeathAdder, the other mice seem to have poor quality control or other issues. The DeathAdder is also used frequently by pro gamers of both CS and other games. Good all around mouse.

For Logitech I think their best mouse was the G400, but the G400s is pretty decent. This is an ergonomic mouse so good for palm or palm hybrid grips.

I have both a Zowie FK and SteelSeries Sensei. The Sensei for me is very comfortable to palm grip and that is what I prefer. I didn't know beforehand but while the FK is a great mouse the huano switches are a bit stiff in a palm grip style but would be fine for claw, or FPS games (I mostly play Dota 2 so the amount of clicking I do prefers a lighter switch like the Sensei has).

The Sensei uses a laser sensor and they say there is more hardware acceleration. I didn't notice any issue myself though. The Zowie mice use very high quality optical sensors and because of that they have limited DPI steps (usually 400, 800, 1600, 3200).

TL;DR:
My recommendations:
DeathAdder or Zowie FK series or ZA series or EC1 eVo or Logitech G400s

or maybe SS Sensei or Rival

W/e mouse you go with research it first, look at the specs and dimensions of it, etc.
i dont buy mouse that is over 30 dollars but i found a good budget mice: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RN7QTF8?redirect=true&ref_=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i1 ( 4.8 x 2.8 x 1.5 inches)

I don't really know anything about cheap gaming mice so your guess is as good as mine. But you definitely won't find too many mice (if any) that are longer than 5 inch, so hopefully when you said your mouse was too small it was either too thin or too short. There shouldnt be an issue with a mouse being small for someone with 7 inch hands, although in reality it is about what grip you use and what you find comfortable. Anyway, good luck sorry I can't help more.
Cheap gaming mice are good for the price. their not that high ended as the 50 to 100 dollars mice is. some budget mice are really good. reddragon, senteys makes good gaming gears. ( and i also forgot logitech) If don't have a lot of money or dont want to spend a miec up to 50$, then that's ok. You won't get best experience but still good enough to game, and web browsing. ( sorry for my terrible english i'm not fully american)

Even the lower end Logitech mice should prove to be great quality.
