Also after win logo my keyboard and mouse stop working (sometimes even monitor). I can tell because otherwise leds would turn on during that time.
If you are able to get into safe mode (with networking), reinstall your mobo, gfx card, and audio drivers again. Go to the manufacturer websites if possible and make sure you have the Win10 drivers for mobo/audio (which should include USB drivers). For gfx card the driver needs to be the win10/dx12 version. Also make sure that the update isn't downloading and installing updates. It may take a long time, before you even get to the initial lock screen. When you start up your system, don't do anything until you see the first lock screen, before the login screen. You will still get messages regarding update progress and shuttingdown/restarting etc like you did in win7/8. When I installed, it took nearly an hour and about 5 restarts before I saw the lock screen.
1.) Win10 is currently only in beta, which is why it is being offered for free. You may want to reconsider it, and go back to win7/8 for at least a year.
2.) Win10 is EXTREMELY privacy invasive! It collects data through cortana, edge, and any other bing related program. that information is sent back to MS for targeting ads, for MS, affliates and partners and whoever they sell or share the information with. (in the 2 weeks i had it on my system, it collected over 6GB of data on me. How much of that data was sent to MS I don't know, but that is just way too much! And it eats storage space like crazy!)
3.) All updates are forced! you cannot stop them or even choose which ones you do or don't want. Which means that MS can install whatever they want onto your computer. Change the UI, add or remove programs, or change the way existing programs work, etc.
****4.) Read the EULAs. you no longer have any privacy. you no longer have any control over what MS installs or updates on your computer.

while i could be wrong, do quick tests on system disk say otherwise?
as for the OP, maybe a windows KB update is the cause of the error, fixed by system restore prior to date of startup error...
by any chance have you installed these recent updates?
kb3081449
kb3081452
kb3081448
if i'm not mistaken, i got the blackscreen too but only for five minutes as the kb is being installed apparently.
oddly enough, i got two successive automatic restarts with no boot error and successful login into windows 10 pro.
desktop appears sluggish so i turned off some privacy settings and my desktop now apeaars fine...
1. I didn't know that. I did use it since July and then it was really buggy, tons of crashes and stuff. But never such a serious problem that I couldn't start it and use it like now. I thought what I have is finished version as millions downlaoded it
2. I don't care as long as they dont inject ads anywhere. If it's so illegal it's gonna get ban here in Europe. So I'm guessing that's just overreaction
3. I already know how to turn it off. It's fairly easy, you just disable service and that's it. But I don't mind updates, so if they load them I don't care.
I don't know what else to do, maybe reset BIOS settings? I'm guessing something is wrong with motherboard
That picture I posted of video weirdness, that's happening also before windows boots (at bios MSI logo). So it must be something deeper than WIn
Lol... Windows 10 is not in beta, a quick search proves this[en.wikipedia.org].
Welcome to the 21st century. So does google now, so does facebook, so does just using the internet (ever heard of cookies?). Get your tinfoil hats out everybody... If you don't use cortana it doesn't collect info, and who doesn't use adblock anyway?
Again, not completely true. You can uninstall driver updates if they don't work properly[support.microsoft.com]. I had to do this for my touchpad on my laptop. Also, do you realize how paranoid you sound? -_-
ANYWAY, I had the black screen problem on my laptop when I upgraded. What happened to me is that after the windows logo appeared I would have a black screen for like 5 minutes. Apparently it is caused by the graphics drivers. Do you have AMD graphics? I fixed it by changing a registry key that enables power saving on the GPU according to the instructions here[www.expertreviews.co.uk].
You might not be having exactly the same problem, but you might have a graphics driver issue too. That is what the majority of users upgrading to 10 have had a problem with.
