Help me build a gaming Pc between $800-$900 CAD.
Since I don't know anything about computers I was hoping you guys would help me out. I already have a mouse/keyboard/monitor. The main games I will be playing is CSGO and BF4. I want about 200-300 FPS on CSGO on low settings and on BF4 I want 60+ FPS on High settings. I will be spending about $800-$900 CAD I will go a little over if I need too.

I want the OS included in the Build/Price I would prefer Windows 7 but does not matter. I don't care about colours or looks. At the moment I have one monitor and I will be getting another one later on.

Thank you for helping me.

for csgo, over 60fps is pointless, unless you are playing on a 120+tick server and have a 120+hz monitor

this will hold 60+fps for bf4

most csgo servers are 60tick, will only update 60 times a sec, no point in higher than that
nothing to do with vsyinc or tearing
I made a build that comes out to 900 CAD with a GTX 970.

with csgo, it will hold 120+hz at 1080
gtx970 and r9 290 are similar performance, r9 is slightly better for 1440p+

r9 290 is also cheaper, and can get you a 2tb hdd or a ssd with the price diff

also check with ncix, they can price match with some online retailers, but you will need to pay tax instead of shipping

fx falls way behind pentium g or i3 for games
source engine needs 2 fast cores not more of them

still waiting for rove to show a soucre engine game use more than 25% of fx8
