Well depends where you live and how big your budget is ? Do you want to build it yourself or do you want a pre build one?
newegg.com
staticice.com.au

Etc.

If you live in the US then avoid CyberPower PC and Alienware.

Best thing to do is go on here (select your currency once on there in the top right)
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/

That site will help you pick out the parts you need and find the cheapest places to buy them from.

Try and aim for:
- Quad core CPU (i5 4460 is best budget CPU)
- 8GB memory
- A GTX 960 or R9 380. If thats too expensive then an R9 270 or similar would work

It is cheaper to make it yourself.

You should find a PC parts site (or a few) in Ireland and order parts locally. I can help with the shopping list if you like. You may also want to shop around for the best deals if you understand PC Parts a little bit and can understand the differences in quality from one site and brand to the next so you can properly compare. Sometimes you can get better quality for cheaper some place else but sometimes it's a lot worse and you should not really buy it.

Making your own PC can generally make you a better quality one and for 700~ Euros you should get a reasonable build. Does the 700 include monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, Windows 10 or anything at all else or do you already have all that stuff and only need the tower?

Also have you thought of upgrading your existing PC? It may be better to upgrade it.

That's GBP though not Euro.
Ireland (proper, not North) is on the Euro not the GBP.

Cheapest way is to build it yourself, some UK stores ship to Ireland.

700 euros would be something like 515 GBP. So maybe this build would be good: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/YKKVvK (I tried to use stores that would ship to Ireland)

Or if you are more of a Nvidia person the GTX 960.
You can get a cheaper card and add a SSD:

Better to buy local Irish I would hope.
Does PCPartpicker not support Ireland? Only reason I linked the UK version is because that is what my PC defaults it to.
There is no irish version no, Germany and Italy and Spain for Europe and Euro.

Ah well. I suppose OP can still use it to choose the parts they want and get a general idea on what they need.

Apparently the UK stores are cheaper than anything from Ireland itself, but I don't know for sure.
