Lots of DXDIAG dump info, but didn't answer his question squat.

What version of the GeForce driver are you using for Windows 10?
Which version is recommended for people having problems with Windows 10?

Alot of various system configs have had issues with 355 WHQL; both w/ Win10, as well as other OS, but mainly with Win10 users it seems.

I would try a full uninstall of NVIDIA drivers and software; and give an older version a try, such as one of the 352 or 353 WHQL versions. But before u do, set Device Manager to not download Drivers for Hardware via Windows Updates > http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/15989-device-driver-automatic-installation-turn-off-windows-10-a.html

Once this is set, reboot firstly, then deal with NVIDIA uninstall/reboot/clean install. As to help ensure that uninstalling current GPU driver does not trigger Windows Updates to simply auto-install the NVIDIA GPU driver from MS/WU.

After-which (due to the setting change noted above I listed) you may start seeing Windows Updates showing Hardware related Drivers as part of what it finds. Yes it will still show them to you, but they should now all be "Optional" rather than "Important"

Bad-Motha, you're one Bad Mother. :-)
You're a Windows 10 guru already and it's only been out a few weeks.

10.18.1 3.5582 > 355.82 > So yea I would definitely try other available WHQL version.

As far as what I described about changing Device Manager to not handle hardware drivers in an automatic fashion; that is nothing new, the previous OS' had this. Now why this is important for Win10 users is because of Win10 being locked into "auto enforcing" it's Windows Updates on you. So this can become problematic when dealing with GPU drivers and such, as while u are in the process of uninstall/reinstall of that; WU will snag the one from MS in the background and auto-install it; and this is where people are having alot of issues.

But it's not just this, but 355 versions from NVIDIA just have not been the best either.

i have used 355.82 right after my win10 install, "display kernel driver fail and recover" when using chrome or even just opening file explorer, didnt test on games yet
now i roll back to 353.62, started even worse at desktop, but havent crash in-game yet, just stutter (when clicking find games in csgo or heroes tab in dota).
FYI, no single crash at desktop today

I am not pointing to, or suggesting any "3rd party driver tool"
What I laid out is a simple means of u telling Win10 OS not to Auto Download Device Drivers from WU. So as to avoid issues when installing your Drivers from Chipset Maker/Source.

What 3rd party driver tool?
DDU isn't malware if that's what you mean.
OLDMAN🎅 2015 年 9 月 17 日 上午 5:26
3rd party driver tool is a program thats updates your driver on your system.

Never download a driver-updating utility. Like PC-cleaning programs, they try to charge you money for a service you don’t need. They do this by scaring you with threats of blue screens and system problems.

Even if a driver-updating tool worked perfectly and the company behind it didn’t seem unbelievably sleazy, they wouldn’t be worth your time — much less your money. Stay away.

Then it's possible that what you are experiencing is a TDR related issue; which u can address by changing the TDR delay in the Windows Registry. In Vista OS and later, the TDR Delay is set too low; and often times, due to this, people are having their Display Driver run into a fault simply due to it taking a short break in transferring data back/forth; and thus the OS thinks the Display Driver has crashed. By setting the TDR Delay value to a higher timeout ##; you can over-come this issue. If after raising that value u still have issues; then of course that can be other issue; such as problematic Device Driver itself, or the GPU. If the issue goes away by trying a different version GPU/Display Driver, then it was most likely the driver that is the issue.

DDU is a Display Driver uninstaller.

He's just some noob, ignore his insane posts about malware and scaremongering.
