It happened on 8 as well? Oh, well your issues are not with 10 then... but 10 doesn't help lol
Then I would down-grade back to your 8/8.1 since u only have a limited time to do this whenever you use the Win10 in-place-upgrade.
Then go from there. I'd start with reviewing the Windows Logs in Event Viewer.
But the malicious scanning would help greatly; as if that is an issue, something of that sort could have easily carried over to your new OS, like some sort of infection, etc.
If you don't feel comfortable (or have the time) to do the trouble-shooting yourself; then seek Tech Help; either from knowledgeable friends, family, co-workers; or via paid services.
Faulty RAM can cause BSODs on all the files you listed.
Then run a SFC /SCANNOW to replace the corrupted files and you'll get heaps less BSOD.
The BSODs are your problem, and defective drivers might not be the cause as there's so many different ones.
My money is on defective or overclocked memory (RAM).

also check task scheduler, many newer forms of malware use it to update or reinstall themselves
start -> right click on computer -> manage
computer management -> system tools -> task scheduler -> task scheduler library
that list should be empty
oh also /scannow told me nothing was wrong
