Since upgrading to windows 10 my computer turns itself on
I had windows 8 for a few months and it was fine, since upgrading i now have to turn it off at the mains everytime i use it, ive looked online to see if anyone else is having a problem and they say its the movement if the mouse or hitting of a keyboard key that starts it back up when it isnt.

Have you checked the bios for power settings.
Some settings turn your PC on when power flows to it.
Also mouse and keyboard activity can also turn on your PC.
Check the bios.

Several things can cause this. Bios settings allowing wake. Scheduling in windows, software you have installed and in rare cases a virus or malware. Check these items first and it will help narrow the list of potential culprits. If you can't find anything there, go to the windows start up and see what starts when windows starts.one way or another you are likely to find it if you look in the right place.

Thanks guys seemed to have worked by changing through BIOS, had internet settings that were enabled making it start up
