Your laptop uses the FS1 Socket
Which consists of these possible CPUs
http://www.cpu-world.com/Sockets/Socket_FS1.html
A8-3520M is already a Quad Core that can run up to 2.5Ghz; there is nothing to upgrade to.
If the laptop is not sufficient power; sell it and get a better one; such as one with an i5 or i7 class CPU and a decent dedicated AMD or NVIDIA GPU.
As has been also said there aren't really any superb upgrades for your laptop.
It's time to save up a few $100 and build yourself a desktop.
Entry level desktop PC with upgrade options:
AMD A8-7600 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
ASRock FM2A88M PRO3+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Mushkin Redline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Apex TX-381 MicroATX Mid Tower Case w/300W Power Supply

Can substitute an A10-7850K immediately instead of using the A8-7600. That would provide both better graphics and better CPU right up front for $40~ more. Can also upgrade to using a dedicated GPU later on. If you got the A10-7850K (instead of the A8-7600) either you get a R7 250 for dual graphics hybrid crossfire with the integrated graphics or you get a GPU that is more powerful alone than the R7 250 + A10-7850K integrated combined. If you get the A8-7600 as is default in the build then your best option is simply get one of the GPUs that is better than the R7-250+A10-7850K crossfire. For anything that good it will need a new PSU at the same time to power it. Adding a R7 260X or GTX 950 or better GPU and 500W 80 Plus or better PSU will put it at the level I'm talking about and roughyl the performance of the newest gaming consoles like the PS4 and XB1.
You could also just go straight for a Gaming Console replacement PC:
AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor
ASRock FM2A88M PRO3+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Mushkin ECO2 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Sapphire Radeon R7 265 2GB Video Card
Xion XON-560 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

If you can afford this it should be able to replace a PS4 or XB1 gaming console and play all their games at similar or better settings. Of course if you can spend more the sky is the limit.
