Another fan intake or exhaust question
I have a very small mini ITX case. The gpu is very close to the top of the case and is oriented so that the fans are facing the ceiling. There is maybe 1.5" of clearance between the gpu and the top of the case. The gpu runs nearly the length of the case. Directly above the gpu between the top is a 120mm fan. I know common practice is that top fans exhaust but in this case would it be better to blow air in towards the gpu since the gpu basicallly creates a wall/petition anyway?

Case is a Raijintek Metis Plus if that matters and gpu is evga 3060ti xc.

Maybe and maybe not. Really is hard to say. Do it, run some tests then change orientation and repeat tests.

Personally, I dislike top having on as intake if it's close to an exhaust fan as it can literally be pulling some of the warm, exhausted, air back in the system. Only way to be sure if it benefit's the system is to try it.
if the gpu is that close to the edge of the case vents, try without a case fan in those locations
That case is going to get hot regardless with only 1 intake at rear exhausting thru psu. I would try all 3 suggestions above and see what works best.

Personally I would favor either no top fan as _I_ suggested or a top intake, a top exhaust would pull air away from the gpu and encourage warm air from inside the case to the gpu which may increase temperature somewhat.
