Those benchmarks could be sponsored, maybe that's why you see them often on YouTube, for the purpose of creating brand awareness. Gigabyte have been around for over a decade, so they may not need that.
Safe to say an AORUS or otherwise regular lineup of Gigabyte units should be fine.
EVGA, Gigabyte, NVIDIA (actual nvidia branded gpus) in that order for who I'd use for GPUs.

have owned 5 over the years just bought a ZOTAC and it holds par with all the EVGA
ive had w/a better warranty.
they all pretty much give the same performance if all things are equal warranty and price
are pretty much main factors when choosing.
