The only reason to have an optical drive is to play DVDs though. Everything software/driver related including games can be downloaded from online.
Disk is not necessary as long as you have the key from the package. Just download Win 10 onto USB drive and then enter the key when prompted.

Or use a another system that has DVD reader and then use the Win7-USB-to-DVD-Tool to make ISO from Win10 DVD to USB Flash Drive.
You also could have purchased your Win10 as USB Flash Drive instead of DVD.
It makes no sense to buy one of the very few optical drive-less cases and then ask for a way to install an optical drive.
But yes you could just use a SATA or USB Optical Drive for this very use.
I just keep a USB 2.0/3.0 compatible DVDRW around now for such situations. As sometimes we need it for other reasons than just the OS installer.
