Recommend me a good site to buy pc parts from.

Wanting to build a computer, I know about Amazon, Newegg and possibly Ebay. I hear Newegg sells a lot of broken ♥♥♥♥ though, wanting to know if there are better sites.

look up reviews on them and avoid 'asia first' as shipping will take 2-4 weeks

they also have open box or refurb items
refurb should be ok, open box may be missing parts

I strongly recommend a extra non-stock cooling component if you're building a gaming rig.

I would recommend Newegg. Ive never had a bad experience with them. All retailers can sell defective products. Tiger Direct is overpriced.

What cpu are you putting in?

If you're running amd cpu that's good ram 1866mhz cl 9. You want to keep dual sticks for dual channel.

PS, the http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2781&page=4 isn't all that impressive it's actually worse than the antique vendetta 2 and a lot worse than the 212evo.

I'd still suggest the evga 750 B2 better build and insides than the corsair builder series.

Lastly Get a bigger/normal size case for better circulation if you're not cramped for space.

Intel are much more powerful chips. They are also more expensive, but worth the price. AMD will bottleneck high end GPU's. Even the cheapest i5 will not need to be upgraded for many years to come.
