www.amazon.com
look up reviews on them and avoid 'asia first' as shipping will take 2-4 weeks
they also have open box or refurb items
refurb should be ok, open box may be missing parts

Amazon has the best service by far though.
Do I even need to buya cooling component? The tower has three pre-installed.
You need to post the link from the box, not from the browser. That link leads nowhere.
I strongly recommend a extra non-stock cooling component if you're building a gaming rig.

Better psu ^.
What cpu are you putting in?
HSF is somewhat over priced for your budget the 212evo is sufficient. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

If you're running amd cpu that's good ram 1866mhz cl 9. You want to keep dual sticks for dual channel.
PS, the http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2781&page=4 isn't all that impressive it's actually worse than the antique vendetta 2 and a lot worse than the 212evo.

No need to get CPU cooler, just get locked i5 chip and it comes with a cooler already.
Real price of build is actually $675. Card price is wrong on the site.
Why would you recommond the I5 over the AMD?
Because it's better. ^
I'd still suggest the evga 750 B2 better build and insides than the corsair builder series.
Lastly Get a bigger/normal size case for better circulation if you're not cramped for space.
Intel are much more powerful chips. They are also more expensive, but worth the price. AMD will bottleneck high end GPU's. Even the cheapest i5 will not need to be upgraded for many years to come.
