A question about the mouse ''Roccat Tyon''

Hello, I want to buy this mouse (Roccat Tyon 8200DPI All Action Multi-Button).
Is it good for CS:GO?
And also, i've never had a mouse with DPI options, what is that and can I change it?
Can I put macro on this mouse?

Dont have the tyon but use a kone xtd (really good allround mouse) You can map macros to the mouse buttons using shift function. Simply put the dpi transalates to mouse cursor movement/distance on screen. Its easily changed by toggle buttons on mouse and you can change it with roccat software. I do belive however you need a roccat keyboard to make the most of all the features on the tyon so if you dont have or plan to get one a diffrent mouse might be a better option.
