번역 관련 문제 보고
For my it says: "failed to open siberia 150"
I have my headset turned on and extracted the file.
The bar is empty everytime.
Do you know whats the problem?
If that is the issue, that particular process should have a Service; go into Services and set it to Disabled. Now it wont come back on, period. Unless maybe the app it goes with is reinstalled and that might re-enable that windows service.
That should only be needed for Store/Tile Apps.
Desktop Apps are un-affected by those settings and have their own configuration options within each app.
the problem. Headphones starts to disconnect and reconnect eventually again. I also have asus p6tse mobo so could it be some kind of compatibility issue with some mobos. One thing is for sure steelseries doesnt know how fix the issue since these headphones has been out for almost 2 years now.
After what I previously said about just restarting the PC, the headset started disconnecting right after connecting a device or starting a game. It was a huge pain in the 𝒶𝓈𝓈, but this seems to have fixed it for now.
EDIT: Nevermind.
NOTE: The issue this fixed for me was that everytime I started Steam it disconnected the USB connection for the headset.
В настройках должно быть так:

в дополнительных устройствах не должно быть ничего, а в звуке siberia должна показываться именно так, без цифр впереди.
google translate:
I solved the problem, connected the headphones to the first usb socket where the keyboard was connected and while the system (windows 10) set up the headphones, launched (Siberia150FwUpdate.exe) everything was updated at once, but do not rush to rejoice, in some people they can be detected as an audio driver, that would be recognized as a siberia 150 simply pull out the cord from the usb and reconnect again
In the settings should be like this:

in additional devices should not be anything, but in the sound of siberia should be shown exactly so, without the figures ahead.
Go to device manager -> universal serial bus controllers. Go to properties on each usb root hub. Go to power management tab, uncheck "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Might need a computer restart after this.
This seems to indicate that the headphones use suprisingly large amount of power so the computer keeps shutting them down. Tested running three games simultaneously without problems so far when before it kept disconnecting whenever I started a game.
This is still only after few hours of testing, but so far promising. I also haven't tried the firmware update that showed up on this conversation.
Yes disable this option for every Keyboard + Mouse + Controller + Joystick + Wheel + Headphones that are USB based.
