Of the the other options. I personally would get a non-overclocked gtx750ti. It only uses 5 watts more power than the gtx750 and is noticeably faster. According to nvidia's website a 300 watt psu is the minimum power requirement. As long as your psu is healthy it shouldn't pose any issue.
