On that webpage you can choose to "restrict" displayed info for both game (choose Skyrim) and graphics card (choose 960M).
The webpage says Skyrim is playable on Ultra settings at 1920x1080. It does not show FPS for this particular GPU-and-game combination but a GTX 860M (previous, slightly slower, GPU) runs at 49.6 fps at Ultra.
You can also look for maximum playable settings for other games there. Just remember - if you need to select multiple games from list, use Ctrl+LeftClick.
I've talked with a lot of people who have bought gaming laptops and many of them haven't lasted much more then 2 years, no sense to put $1000+ towards a decent gaming Laptop that may only last 2-3 years, just my 2 cents. Also if you are in college or just don't want the bulk of a PC you can build/buy ITX builds which can be as compact as an Xbox 360 (maybe a bit bigger) and they can be quite powerful.
