HELP!! can I upgrade my PC from a A4 5000 with AMD 8330 HD graphics to something better?

Unfortunately not. The A4 5000 was one of those CPUs that isn't socketed but rather permenantly soldered to the motherboard instead.

no, a4 5000 is apu socket ft3 bga769 (soldered to the mobo)

yes, but you woudl be better off starting over with a new build

if thats an aio or notebook, nothing can be reused
