imo, you're better off building/assembling from scratch than buying pre-built computer from villman or other philippine retailers/resellers.

that asus model has nvidia gt720 which is not ideal for modern gaming. it may play old titles but if you decide one day to play latest game titles, then you are in for a shock as it cannot handle modern games.

buy pc parts from pc express (manila) or gaisano interpace (if in cebu or manila).
you can assemble the parts yourself.

or if you buy most parts at gaisano interpace or pc express, they likely offer free assembly.
if you are satisfied with the assembly, you can give tip to computer tech.

i suggest the following parts:
cpu: intel core i5-4460
mobo: asus h81 (cheap; around 2200php-2500php), or asus b85 (3000php-4500php)
memory: gskill 2x4gb ddr3-1600
storage: seagate or western digital blue 1tb hard disk drive (sata 2 or sata 3)
gpu: nvidia gtx 950 or nvidia gtx 960
psu: seasonic M12II 500w+ (modular) or S12II 500w+ (non-modular) or silverstone strider 500w+
pc case: coolermaster n300 (2100php cash from nutech cebu)
operating system: windows 10 64bit or windows 7 home premium 64bit

monitor:
asus 23" IPS led monitor

cpu is good, but gpu is very weak
4g of ram is not enough

look for an i5 build with a r9 or gtx card

or
i7 4790 with gtx750ti is P46,788
http://www.villman.com/Product-Detail/VPC_Ci747904i_PC
if you get a better gpu, be sure to replace the power supply, the xigmatek 500w is not good

try window shopping at pc express (shaw, sm megamall, or makati) or if you prefer villman branch at sm megamall or sm moa.
you can ask for price quotation of selected pc components for assembly versus prebuilt models.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was also searching for 144hz monitors. Very hard to find. Im also thinking to buy in ben store.ph their rog gaming laptops is very low price but at the same time i was thinking it is a scam. Since they told me that their main office is underxonstruction and tell me to this place which is residential.. talking about rog. Dp u think rog gaming desktop is good at their cost price? This is my first choice since im not so good in assembling pcs and installing windows..

Just few tips:

1. i5 4460 is fine, you will run pretty much every game smoothly
2. aim into gtx 960, maybe look up for gaming edition (like msi has), which is slightly more expensive, but has better cooling and is overclocked already. you will be able to run every modern game on medium-high settings on this bad boy.
3. Assembling pc - it's very easy, and fun! You pretty much have to watch out only on CPU, since intel socket legs bends very easily, but everything else is just like a lego.
4. Use windows 10, it's stable and games run more smoothly
5. Try looking for samsung PLS monitors, they are usually cheaper then asus ips and very good.

Thanks! By the way, i lost my trust to the samsung brand. I bought samsung monitor 2 years ago but then it went broken by having vertical white lines and blured. I dont know what is the cause.

if you are looking at this model, sure it is pretty but overpriced, imo, as it has a very fast intel 4th gen core i7-4790 cpu but a relatively weak nvidia gtx 745gpu:
