PowerColor Radeon R9 270 DirectX 11.2 AXR9 270 2GBD5-DHEV2 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support ATX Video Card
Right now I have an AMD Radeon HD 7770 GPU and I'm looking to upgrade this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131545&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
My question is, is this the a good GPU for it's price and how good is it in comparison to my current card? Also, do I have enough power to run it? I currently have a Corsair 750W power supply (I can't remember the exact model name). With the new graphics card I'm looking to be able to run ENBs on Fallout 3/NV and Skyrim and maybe be able to run Fallout 4 when I get it.

According to this hierarchy, it's a decent upgrade.

Yes, your PSU is fine. It's quite overkill, tbh.
yeah youll notice a considerable difference between the two, assuming you have a decent cpu as well.

buy a GTX 960 less power ,,and yes better performance in games then an R 9 270X
If you can afford little more then R9 380 would be better:
