Sometimes it can be any issue with the Cable itself, because of the Port is location-wise on the GPU, your cable's connector might not be secured all the way inside the port due to your case or the slot bracket not allowing this to occur. Seen it many times with HDMI where this port was at the end of the GPU bracket/slot and the case and/or cable connector thickness would not allow a 100% connection to the port.
And try to avoid hot-plugging Displays inside the OS; now while this should work without issues with Digital connections; it does not always. So when u have issues, best bet is connect the display while the system is powered off, power on the display, switch to the input you'll be using, then power on the pc.
TorMazila - The display is already Extended because I had a second 1080p monitor already before this new 4k. If its the only monitor plugged in it will not display anything on Display Port. HDMI will work though.
Bad-Motha - Have turned them off and on and theres only 1 display port source on this monitor. Throughout all my testing I have turned the rig off, unplugged everything from the computer and monitor and plugged them back in with no success.
I got my new Display Port cord in the mail today and everything works just fine. Nothing wrong with the monitor, or the actual port themselves so everything is fine :)
