Verify DMI Pool Data error
Hey, I posted this errora while back, but the problem is back and I don't know how to fix it.
When I boot my computer, after the Gigabyte screen, I just see the 'Verif DMI Pool Data' screen endlessly. I have tried resetting the CMOS pins, which worked before, but now it does nothing. I can't access the BIOS, as when I try the PC makes a clicking sound and jsut freezes on the screen for a while before resetting.
Specs:
Gigabte GTX 760
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
AMD FX 6300
Any help would be appreciated :)
EDIT: Upgraded to Windows 10 a while ago, was running fine.

if you havn't tried already take the motherboard battery out and and place backin to reset bios. Then after regaining entry into bios, set the memory modules to unganged. disconnect any monitors feeding from dvi. temp feed thm through HDMI or vga. restart. wait. it should reset that message. I had that same issue but resolved by doing the above steps. Hope it helps.

I'll have to give that a shot soon. The problem is I'm new to handling PC parts, so I'm hesitant to remove anything in fear of breaking it. What sucks is the battery on the motherboard is directly behind the graphics card, so do you have any tips on removing it?
Sorry for the noob question.

I take it this is a desktop, just remove the video card. reset battery. reinstall card in same slot and proceed. You are not alone here. If I miss something others will same something. others may even have better options. mine may just be one of a couple solutions. Even I miss things, but don't give up. Gigabyte boards bios has walkthroughs on youtube. Video card is held in place by a screw at the cabinet. You may even have a power lead to the video card from the PSU. so don't forget to look for that. Or you can ask the community. somebody will almost always answer.
