CPU load temperature benchmarks
{ССЫЛКА УДАЛЕНА}http://www.anandtech.com/bench/CPUCooling/772
The only comparable fan/heatsink cpu cooler off the top of my head are ones by noctua/deepcool, they tend to be pretty large though and dont fit many cases.
hope this helps
Air cooling and liquid cooling will have the same cooling capabilties, for the most part. Any differences will mainly be with the individual efficiency of said cooler, regardless if it is air or liquid. The biggest difference comes with where the heat is exhausted.
With an air cooler, the heat is pulled away into the heat sink, and the fan blows it into the case where your case fans then blow it out of the case.
With a liquid cooler, the heat is pulled away via liquid, into the radiator, and the fan blows it straight out of the case.
So the Cooler Master Hyper 612 v2 will probably do just fine?
Cooling wise? Maybe. Read reviews and make the judgement call.
I personally recommend liquid cooling so the heat does not transfer to other parts and you will more than likely have better, more efficient cooling overall.
...and you won't have to strap a heavy block of metal to your mobo.
will cool the 4790k at 4+ghz
