GTX 960 fans spinning?
So my GIGABYTE GTX 960 Windforce 2gb's fans are spinning in idle. The card is cool in idle and online it says the fans are not supposed to spin till a certain temperature.

How do I fix this or is this okay? I don't want to put extra stress on it.

This is how they come, depending on the model. They wont spin until they hit or go over 60 degrees celsius

Yeah but mine is spinning all the time, doesn't matter what the temperature is.

Have you been monitoring your temps? It could be a program such as MSI Afterburner conflicting, or maybe you need an older driver version.

Yeah temperatures are fine. I'll try to look to see if drivers or a program is conflicting.

what monitor software are you using?

Had nothing before but just downloaded MSI Afterburner.

I think it might be normal on my card.

One or more of the GPU fans running low or off depends on the GPU Brand+Model
They do not all do this. So if you run a app like MSI Afterburner and the GPU fan is on Auto; then that uses the Fan Curve Profile onboard your GPU's Firmware; in which case the fans rpms and what temp it needs to hit for the fan(s) to increase RPMs and such should all be normal. Since there really is nothing interfering with this if GPU fan is on Auto and not being manually controlled otherwise.

Ok yeah, the model I have always just runs low.

As long as the GPU Fans ramp up and down as needed and the GPU is staying fairly cool (under 85*C) under heavy loads; then I wouldn't worry.
