Upgrade my pc for more fps in csgo help ! :D
Okay guys So... Good morning my pc is cougar spike and my specs are::csgoa:

Cpu:Intel pentium G2358 4.0 dual core (OC)
Gpu:gt 730
Ram: 8gb
Windows 8.1 pro

In cso all all low settings with V sync off i reach 60-70 fps and i want to reach at least 200+
My budget is 250 euros and i was going to buy r9 380 msi but i saw that i bottleneck my cpu and requires 500 watt . So i went for Gtx 960 msi but i bottleneck again my cpu... I decided to stay with gt 730 and upgrade my Cpu to the best i5 out there (Intel core i5-4690K 3.50 ghz) for 250 euros, is it worth it? can i reach 200 fps?

btw my screen has 60 hz but i have v sync off tearing is not the problem Thanks for reading! :)

I would upgrade your GPU. If your power supply is the concern, consider a GTX 950.

950 is weak . and is bottleneck again i checked that. my power supply is 430 watt i think or 450 :)
450 watts is enough for a GTX 950. No matter what your processor is, you are very unlikely to hit 200 FPS with a GT 730. I should know, I am using a GT 730 and tried playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with it.
The GPU is the bigger bottleneck here. A r9 270 and a decent 450/500W PSU is probably more up your alley and when money allows for it, grab a i5 4590 (same socket).

I don't see any other cost efficient way to go about it on a €250 budget unless you find some second hand parts for cheap. May want to post what powersupply you've got as well because it might be able to pull a 960.

CPU Upgrade wont matter in the slightest for CSGo.

You will simply need to upgrade your GPU, not your CPU. GT 730 is an extremely weak card. Look for something in the GTX series. GTX 750Ti, GTX 960.

As i said i will take the best I5 . anmd dont forget source engine is Cpu intensive... (csgo ) thats why i ask

As i said if i buy a gtrx 960,r9 380 i will not use 100% of the power bcause i bottleneck

i think i have 430-450 watt power supply. And if io take 4590 is weak. i want to overclock. i have hyper 212 evo cooler.
There is a limit to how much any game can benefit from a better CPU while working with a GT 730. And that's assuming you are using the DDR5 version. Your GPU will severely bottleneck an i5-4690K.
It's very CPU dependant but it doesn't matter if the GPU is as big of a bottleneck as your 730 is.

A 4590 wont perform significantly worse than an 4690k because I doubt you've got a motherboard and PSU that'll allow for significant overclocking, not to mention your €250 budget and a mandatory GPU upgrade which pretty much puts you at €0.

Why do you think you wont reach 200 fps with this PC specs and with all low settings?
bcause i have scrub pc . and i reach 70 fps now.

i dont mind if i go 0 zero money im going to spend 250 euro.
An R9 380 is going to tax your power supply pretty severely. I would go with the GTX 960 of the two. I can't promise you will reach 200 FPS, but your FPS will improve quite a bit.
