You may be able to upgrade the power supply if it is the tower version.
I have seen both Dell and others mention with this model, the PCIE slot on the motherboard can only supply 35w, which may be something important to keep in mind.
Then again it is Dell so it may or may not not take a standard ATX PSU. If it can though, then you'll have a lot more options of graphics card to choose from.
Apparently, Dell's manual states that the PCIe slot is limited to 35w MAX. That said if you can fit a new PSU then that shouldn't be a problem.
If you cannot upgrade the power supply, you are limited to 35w graphics cards. The best of out those is the R7 240.

Best thing to do is to upgrade your power supply, else you are going to be very limited.

Skip to page 19, and look at the expansion slots. Without a PSU upgrade, you can't even run a GTX 750ti because the motherboard can only supply 35w.
Keep in mind, the R7 240 is not a particularly powerful graphics card, it performs around the level of a HD 6670. Don't expect many recent games to run fluently.
