Extremely Low FPS W/ AMD Radeon R9 M265X Graphics Card

I recently purchased a new laptop with the graphics card mentioned above. On multiple games, for example planetside2, on the very lowest settings at 1980x1080P, I get 20 FPS, just looking for some help here, since its happening on games with very low requirements.

I just did a quick look up and it would appear that the R9 M265X on GTA 5 on normal settings with extras turned off, it gets about 20-40 FPS.

Seems about right.

Yes, I have.

I'm doing a little more searching and it appears your performance seems to be about right as benchmarks show it to be underperforming at 1080p across the board.

I'd recommend lowering resolution.
