Need help with laptop wifi card

I have an msi gt72 2qe dominator pro, with an Intel ac-7260, and apparently this card is well known to have wi-fi issues which are starting to occur for me( when in any game ping normally is 25 or lower but lately all I can get is 500 or more ping which is unplayable even past 120 on any online game for me)

I need to replace the card but I don't know what card or brand to get, I have tried all remedies to fix problems with this card but it is just a design flaw and apparently intel knew about it but didnt care to fix and still does not care to fix. HELP ME FIND A NEW CARD TO INSTALL.

if your router is on the same channel or within 2 from another wifi souce, it can cause interference

log into the router and change its channel that is free from other wifi networks

I have an older MSI GE60-2OE and its WiFi is relatively weak and somewhat temperamental about position to get a decent signal, which seems to fluctuate. Its WiFi antenna is inside the top of the screen. Even where my desktop gets a 54 Mbps wireless-g signal my MSI laptop only gets 18 Mbps, which as long as it stays there and does not get weaker is good enough for my DSL which speed tests 5.1 Mbps.

Another option may be to disable its wireless and try a USB WiFi dongle.
