What graphics card are you using and what resolution and refresh rate are you attempting to send through it? IS it VGA, DVI, HDMI, DP?
What's the max resolution and frame rate of the monitor itself?
I'm using Nvidia geforce GT635m and my resolution is 1360x768 (1366 actually) and 60hz but i dont know about the Vga dvi etc..
Well to be hones i don't know much about these but if you are asking if i'm using a desktop or laptop im using a desktop
Ithink max was like 1366x768 or something closed the web page..
What OS are you using?
Motion blur can easily occur on a monitor that supports a lower than normal resolution for gaming, low refresh rate, and high response times, while trying to render graphics from a dedicated graphics card, If in fact it is dedicated.
and i'm using windows 8
If it's on anything other than PC it might be doing post-processing.
