is it too hot or fine?
is x570 chipsets safe at 60c with load on?

As I remember telling you before, yes, the max temperature for the X570 chipset is 90 degrees.
If your motherboard chipset has a fan on it, it'll only be problem when that fan dies as cooling will be handicapped pretty severely.

The x570 chipset uses a couple watts more than the x470 chipset.
Don't worry about anything.

The one exception is RAID PCI-e 4.0 NVMes, they make the chipset HOT (since for some reason it uses like double the power.)

i dont plan on using RAID anyway
Most hardware will automatically shut itself off on certain thresholds.
Colder is better if you can, but running hot with stress is normal;
Below 80 on high load [95%+] for extended periods is fine as I understand it.

Just be sure your thermal management is fine; For example if at 95% load for extended periods remains at 70-80 degrees then you stop the process and go idle/10%- the temperature should drop back to 40-50 within seconds.

as far as ive seen the max temp its got too so far with load is 62-63 and stays there i have not seem it go beyond that and thats without the chipset fan running

if the chipset is reaching 80+c you have bigger problems

its not the max its hitting it 62-63 and stays there without the fan running

as of right now doing a few bits its hitting 55c so im guessing thats ok?

90c is around the max, but if they go over 80c something else is seriously wrong

so im ok then right?
Your setup sounds fine; as long as the fan can run when it needs to and it removes heat effectively.
