Probably because this is the only resolution to get acceptable FPS in all games with max or near to max settings?
in the philippines, i now see more 1080p displays in stores, homes, offices, and internet cafes compared to the past years/decade where 720p is very common.
Why are you repeating what I just said???? FPS = first person shooter fps = frames per second.
And the meaning of this "high enough" quantity is different for different people? As for me, I doubt RTX 2060 Ti will have enough power for FullHD.
Ultra settings and raytracing without breaking the bank, haha.
Well, more of a 1440p for this *upcoming* card.
a GTX 1660 Super let alone a GTX 1060 is still strong in modern titles in high to ultra settings at 1080p at 60 FPS, but unless you want like 120-144FPS or 1440p then yea.
Personally, we need better games and not better hardware xD
its been a long time sicne amd has been on top for cpus or gpus, i dont see it changing much in the next gen
Nvidia don’t have any next gen mainstream cards yet.
Telling other people that ''Nvidia is not worth buying'' won't serve your purpose of advertising AMD one bit. You also need to give REASONS behind your words like Why do you think Nvidia is not worth buying. If your Logic is valid and your given info is correct (verifying with other sources on internet), only then People will take your words any seriously. Otherwise you're just WASTING your efforts and bandwidth.
